I shoot all 4 gauges in skeet. I find that .410 bore and 28 ga are definitely worth it, as good ammo (AA's) in those sizes costs upwards of $10.00 per box. I can easily get 7 or 8 reloads out of a 28 ga AA hull, which lowers my final cost to about $3.00 per box. I get similar results with .410. 12 and 20 ga I will usually just buy, as I can get Estates for around $6/box. Reloading would save me about $2/box. I have paid for my reloading setup many times over.
